MBT process of waste drying is another strategic and innovative comprehensive waste treatment process introduced by our company from Finland. This system is a comprehensive treatment method that can maximize the resources and reduce the daily household waste. Before the garbage enters the sorting, the garbage is dried first. The drying can be done without the help of external heat source, and the heat generated by its own fermentation can evaporate most of the water. After staying for 24 hours, the water can be reduced by about 15%. The desiccated material then enters the mechanical screening unit, where the waste is carefully screened. The overscreen material can be centrally broken and finally made into combustible derived fuel (RDF or SRF). The underscreen material can be directly fermented by aerobic fermentation or dry anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas for power generation or purification of natural gas. The system is a fully sealed process that minimizes or eliminates sewage treatment, and the smell of waste disposal can be well controlled.
